    It is counter intuitive, but true

    Before I start carnivore diet, I was worried how it affects my system because of lack of fiber. I was surprised that it gets even improved after I stared carnivore diet. I grabbed this book, and it explained the mechanism of what I experienced and I learned further more about the trues. Highly recommended. -AZ

    Incredible Health Book For Anyone Serious About Long Term Health.

    Well-researched, factual, sensible and immediately engaging! I hope more people read this book, as it contains life-saving health advice. Also, the author is kind and manages to incorporate humor into such an important topic. Almost as if he's baffled that most people don't know better, and he has to laugh or go crazy.
