The first parcel was undeliverable due to this mistake and sent back to the seller. The second parcel was confirmed as delivered, which it wasn't! I was frustrated with this but the seller was very professional in that they sent me a photo if the address the parcel had been sent to to evidence they had the correct address the second time.
