    4 bulbs ordered. 3 are OK but one is faulty. Company has refused to refund or replace, claiming I have damaged the bulb by using the wrong dimmer. I even bought a new dimmer on their recommendation. Unhelpful, abrasive tone. Very poor customer relations.

    We are sorry that you have missed the clear note in the product description that the LED lamps purchased must be used on an LED dimmer. As explained misusing these lamps on an incompatible dimmer will cause damage and void any warranties. Unfortunately using the correct dimmer after the fact will not undamaged the lamps, they have still been misused.
