They were wrapped in a plastic mailer envelope, that has no insulation in it. The rubber bands themselves, came in a clear, thin, plastic bag. Any slight tear, and the rubber bands would have been all over the place. I believe, Sellers who care, about their customers, want them to receive their product safely. Undamaged, well packed items give Sellers a chance to save their profits. Customer care ? Pack them right!
