    Uses all photos and description downloaded from original supplier The says it’s as new , faulty electronics ,someone tried to set up 3 years ago. Then refuses to answer and won’t refund even though eBay told him to. No communication once he realised it was coming back.

    The listing indicated a “Used” item besides this we sent him a like-new condition item. We shared actual pictures in the message and also guided the buyer in troubleshooting steps. We have all records of our communication. Our team checked upon receiving it and found that the product was in working condition. We already guided him to configure his internet settings. This is unfair for negative feedback.

      Great camera. Recommended

      These cameras are a great way of keeping an eye on anything preciuos. The give really good image quality withj accpetable sound clarity. The zero light image quality is very good too. The fact that it gives you a warning when it senses movement or sound is a real bonus.
