    Sungmor (the seller) lied about the description of their item in their eBay listing and when I tried 2 times to return the item they said I had to pay the return shipping charges. I had to file a complaint with eBay who then processed free return shipping for me and issued me my refund. NEVER buy anything from Sungmor.

    The product pictures are actually taken, and the received items are consistent with the pictures. Don't you look at the pictures of the items? I have also explained the description to you. You subjectively insist on denying it. What else can I say? You said you know how to read the introduction, but why can't you see that the return shipping fee is clearly marked on the homepage and paid by the buyer?
