    Very little traditional piecing featured

    Wonderful ideas for quilts. Author uses her own technique with a raw edge applique vs traditional piecing. There is some of both quilting styles, but each quilt is presented in either one or the other, not both. I prefer traditional piecing and it definitely has more of author's new technique. Therefore, in order to use, I have to figure out cutting instructions on my own - that's why I buy a book or pattern, so I don't have to figure it out!
