He sent me a couple of sleeves which he said should solve the problem. After inserting the sleeves the hooks made a satisfying clip when pushed in. I now have no issues with the parcel shelf falling off. I want to say what an excellent seller this is. Very prompt to answer questions and the sleeves he sent were free of charge.
