    The quality and the condition of this was exceptional. And the appearance and the value was also exceptional. And as a matter of fact when I ordered the second teapot the seller contacted me and asked if I would like her to package both together and she told me that she would issue a partial refund towards the shipping and when I said yes she promptly sent a refund out .. and I was very satisfied with this vendor and I would definitely order from this vendor again .

    Unfortunately, these did not fit my sister's dog. The seller did nothing wrong; the error was at my end. I measured her dog's paws wrong. I forgot to include the nails. Instead of returning them, I plan on donating them to the local homeless shelter, so a person who cannot afford them can have them for their dog for free. The boots were packaged for a safe trip, and they arrived on time. This seller, I highly recommend and I will/would do business with them again.
