    Excellent product

    We spent $100+ for a Swissmar slicer to do the fine cabbage slice like we have see in Tonkatsu restaurant in Japan. Probably the Swissmar was not designed for. It failed and did not even come close. This slicer sliced almost as same fine slice as we can see in Tonkatsu restaurant in Japan. Excellent slice and I use also Okonomiyaki. Be careful of the blade when you clean it. It is very sharp.
