The original story and the scale of the sinnoh region's towns and routes have been faithfully reproduced. This remake has also been revitalized with some of the player-friendly features of modern Pokemon games and up-close-and-personal Pokemon battle scenes.     This is NOT a good place to buy any kind of collector's item. They used packing tape on the cardboard packaging (I removed it very carefully, but still ripped a little bit) and sent it in a bubble mailer causing crumpled corners. I'm still leaving positive feedback because the price was fantastic and everything inside the box was as described, just be aware that they don't seem to understand the kinds of safeguards collector's expect.

    Nostalgic with some tweaks

    Overall a good, faithful remake of the original Diamond/Pearl DS games. I heard from someone that they didn’t like it because it’s barely any different from the original. Well, they’re right. It’s not. I knew and wanted that going into it, but if you’re looking for something original, this ain’t it. Try the new Legends Arceus game for a fresh open world take on Pokémon. But for those of us looking to relive those hours spent chugging away at the game with the little 8-bit style graphics on DS for Dialga and the Pokémon league, this is for you. The graphics got a nice upgrade and so did the Grand Underground. There’s a bit more to do down there and it’s useful for catching unique Pokémon and leveling up.
