    not 365 days as advertised, not "EZ" a little difficult to deal with message wise. after 9 days of messaging ( July 4th included where they/he/him/ her were off Sat. and Sun. also That's why I stated not "365") I finally got my message across, once they understood what I wanted they shipped it fast. this filter lasted 5 years before the locking ring snapped in half, I don't know if my customer overtightened it or not ( this is my guess, he did) so I ordered extra rings just in case........

    It leaks

    It did not come with instructions. It did not come with mounting screws for the bracket. The canisters leak. The filters do not fit snugly inside the housing. This leads me to believe they leak too.
