Great product, which helps clear my congestion.
Having suffered a blocked nose and sinus problems I tried the Stemimar spray to help clear the congestion. I use fist thing in the morning to wash my nose. Good natural product. Would recommend.

Absolute waste of time and money!
I cannot believe that this product has quite a few good reviews and wonder if other users just experienced a placebo effect?! I bought this based on it supposedly being so good after suffering from blocked sinuses for a few months but was really disappointed. I personally found it to be absolutely rubbish and it didn't clear my sinuses at all in fact it actually made them worse on quite a few tries and eventually I gave up. This is overpriced rubbish.I cannot believe that this product has quite a few good reviews and wonder if other users just experienced a placebo effect?!
