Delivery Information;
We know that when your battery fails you re potentially left stranded and you need a replacement to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Because of this, we put all of our resources into getting your new battery out to you as quickly as humanly possible. Delivery is completed on the next business day in the the vast majority of orders placed before 5PM.
Factors beyond our control, i.e. weekends, bank holidays, extreme weather network congestion, damaged parcels are beyond our control.
 
Customers are strongly urged to follow instructions provided with their purchase.
 
Especially in the case of batteries, user instructions must be followed, all transit plugs must be removed prior to installation.
 
Please remember that batteries can be hazardous always take precautions when handling.
Batteries contain Acid, which is a corrosive agent, we advise handling outdoors.
 
Customers are advised address changes are not possible, the address eBay provide must be used for prevention of fraud.
 
We aim to offer a service second to none, if there is any issue please advise us, please understand replies to messages can be delayed if we are experiencing high message traffic.
 
Warranty Information
Batteries are sold with a warranty against premature failure due to manufacturing or material defects only.
Due to the high quality of standards of the technical and manufacturing processes, the number of batteries that fail due to manufacturing defects is negligible.
The most common battery problem is a flat or poorly charged battery.
Most of the time this can be resolved by fully recharging the battery with a suitable battery charger.
We would always recommend that you recharge the battery as soon as you experience any issues.
If you are still having issues we can test the battery under warranty and then if necessary start the warranty process.
 
The warranty does not cover the following:
• Sulphation
• Wear and Tear
• Deep or Over Cycling
• Overcharging
• Physical Damage
• Incorrect Application
 
 
It is important that no battery is allowed to discharge to the point of sulphating (12.06v), or so that they are no longer able to start the car/bike/truck or operate the required equipment. To prevent this we recommend monthly voltage checks, especially on vehicles that are used infrequently, or stand by equipment.
 
 
Warranty is offered on a return to seller basis, we will examine and test upon its receipt, if proven genuinely faulty a replacement unit will be issued.
 
Warranty specifically does not allow any refunds.
 
Customers are asked to refer to the dispatch notification in regards to delivery to track there parcel.
 
We must be informed within 24 hours of any damage or shortage of goods, failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
 
Our Batteries are not suitable for life saving machine and equipment’s or where life is on RISK.
 
Customers are responsible to check that the product they are purchasing is the correct item, please refer to the dimensions in the advert and picture for further guidance, if in doubt contact us.

Basically what you get is a basic generic battery in a grey plastic casing used by a few different company`s . They are ok for my use (solar) EFB & AGM are two different battery types that are for different and specific vehicle usage,be sure you know what you need and what you will actually receive . As it happens the enhansed flooded battery (efb) which is sold as a absorbant glass mat (agm) is in my opinion the better one for a solar set-up. You will not get e true AGM battery from theseguys
