    Super reference book for rolled sushi!

    For people who like maki-sushi, this book is a really super reference. Not for the beginner, but if you have made a few in your life this is a great book to have around to let you know what the possibilities are for your next party or special occasion. Great illustrations and pictures, great instructions. The only thing I would say is lacking is some illustrations on how to assemble a tray or platter for serving for multiple guests. With the variety of sushi you can make using this book, you can very easily assemble a very attractive sushi tray that is worthy or celebrations. This book doesn't offer suggestions - they leave it up to your imagination and creativity. This book is out of print, so if you can find it add it to your collection. You will not be disappointed.
