After placing an order, it still hadn’t been shipped 10 days later. I sent a message, no response. Sent a message the next day with same outcome. I looked at seller’s feedback history and saw some comments that were somewhat concerning to say the least. I sent another message with a stern warning and demanded a reply. To my surprise, I received a reply. Seller said they were very busy but would expedite shipping. Everything was delivered a few days later. I’m happy with the outcome.
