Our returns policy states we can accept returns where items are not returned used in original packaging. If the item is opened, make sure that it is returned in its original condition so that it is not rejected. If items are returned in a non-sale state, we cannot accept your return.
We really have a goal for 100% satisfaction and if you can send us an email why you are returning goods it will be very helpful and enable us to focus and improving our service even further.
We are always happy to provide an exchange or refund however we do ask that these items are returned to us within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Faulty /Wrong / Damaged items
If there are any issues with a product you have received from us, please contact us and explain the problem. In case you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item from us, we will provide you with a free return label to return the product to us at no charge to you, and we will of course exchange the product for you, or issue you with an immediate refund if you prefer.
