They responded to my email very quickly and were willing to replace the item. Unfortunately (again) we had recycled the box so they were not able to start a replacement order (that was on us). In the end they offered a partial refund, which was unexpected. I would highly recommend doing business with Immortal Origin. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option.
