I rang the supplier and they told me to take the 6 paddings out of the inside. It now moves freely. It is extremely heavy so be careful not to trap your fingers when putting it on.

I put it on and thought how would I get it of if I needed to without a key ?the only way I think would be with a cordless angle grinder what would make a lot of noise. By that time 2 of the thief's would have smashed sculls and the 3rd would have the Hammer in his pretty little head . So all good !!! And would advise you to get the full monty Steering wheel cover , zip cover and Faraday bag its well worth the little extra trust me .👍
