Told them what happened, they said they'd send out a replacement. I didn't hear from them for a few days, no delivery details, so I asked for a refund. Suddenly they sent me vague delivery details. They said I'd need the tracking from eBay because they couldn't provide it. Over a month and nothing turned up. I've finally got a refund, but my gift was ruined. This seller is a liar.
