      Item 13 days overdue & tracking only showed a tracking no. had been generated not that Royal Mail had received it. I contacted seller. They dragged feet for 6 days & then said they had refunded me but they hadn't. I opened a case with eBay. They opened counter case & said eBay was going to refund me. It didn't. They said they couldn't refund me because of open case(s). 10 and a half hours before the deadline where I could escalate the case with eBay they finally refunded me.
