When it failed to arrive I made contact and was told that it would be sent the next day. As this did not happen I then contacted them again but received no response. I then requested a cancellation but was told, by ebay, it was too late to do this - strange as it had never been sent out!!! I have now been advised by ebay that I have to wait until 21 March before they will do anything.
