Obviously a copy of a more expensive trestle, well packaged, flat packed and easy to assemble although the instructions and parts list don't quite match what you get. Mostly well made for the price but a few distinctly cheap and nasty parts, especially the formed brackets on the silver cross legs, which look like they were bent by hand. It all fits together though and is considerably cheaper than the competition, so it depends on how long you expect it to last, how much you intend to use it and where you're willing to compromise.

Extremely lightweight. I tried standing on some 4' scaffold boards between trestles on the lowest Bar setting and it almost folded. They are useful as a worktable say for woodworking or wallpapering but if they are suggesting you could stand and work from the raised bar.. that is seriously scary. Could be improved by fixing some thin plywood panels across from one A frame to the other to improve 'racking' and some method for making sure the 'locating' bars stay in place to hold it rigid.. They disengage very easily and run the risk of the legs just spreading if you apply any weight. Tradition Chinglish instruction sheet that makes very little sense. Cheap and not very cheerfull.

AVOID cheap Chinese cxxp they are the biggest Meccano set i have ever come across, everything about them is rubbish....welds are a joke and i don't see how each trestle can be 200KG rated ? because they wobble like a Weeble even with everything tightened up correctly. Oh and lets not forget that you only get 50% of the fixings needed to assemble them. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY !!

I read all the reviews before purchasing but the price was great value so took a chance. My trestles went together perfectly all parts nuts and bolts were present. For the price you would not expect to load the platform with bricks. They are very firm and sturdy for light to medium general use. I am very happy with my purchase.

Not the best, if you tighten the crossbars that’s if you can they won’t slide up pretty poor really
