1. Payment terms
Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order.     Poor quality

    Described well poor quality water defusers fall out and were damaged plastic nuts useless no washers in the box totally useless I sent positive feedback before I opened the box. Brought some better ones solid metal body metal nuts. Went in the bin

    Poor quality

    Only a few days old and already black marks are appearing on the top of the taps (See pictures) I had to put PTFE & Fernox LS-X sealant on the hot tap as it was leaking at the connection joint despite putting in a new washer. Looking more like I will need to get a refund as the black marks are unsightly. As the old saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice.
