Somebody had obviously slipped when cutting the matting down to size. Opened a return case and had a response a few days later offering a partial refund of £10. I replied declining the partial refund as the matting was unusable and would like to return for a exchange or refund. I had no reply, so EBay stepped in asking the seller for a returns label, which never came. So Ebay stepped in again five days later and had to refunded me.
