The bed didn’t go down until we placed the mattress on. After fully assembling. They gave us tools for assembly too. Great company would recommend and would order from here again.

My cabinets looked great but unfortunately, on unpacking they had a small amount of damage to 2 corners (due to a damaged box on delivery). This was dealt with very quickly. Good communication throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It took me over 5 days to rectify the problem and to get the right item send to me. Then they left me with the parts and frames to disposed them as well . that cost me another £80. Communication and reply was also very poor. For me, this is the first and last time that I'll but any thing from them. No apologies or replies. I will not recommend anyone to deal with the company.
