    I Placed an order July 15th. I was Supposed to have it July 20th. I did not receive it and I Contacted seller. He assured me that he would send another package to me emediately ! This package I was actually able to track. I received it the following Friday on th 26th. I contacted the seller and told him that I received the second package but never seen anything on the first package. I told him that if it would come to me that I would send it back to him that way he would not be out those tips.
