Fantastic. Really impressed the quality of the bale is top notch. Delivery was fast and when I needed to get in touch with the seller they were fantastic, prompt response to my message and extremely friendly. This is the second time I have ordered from them and I will continue to use them. The price for the bale is one of the biggest draws when I was looking for bedding for my reptiles and I was easily spending triple the bale cost at by local pet shop for maybe half the amount I'm now getting.

I rated positive because the sand looks lovely in my aquarium seller communication isn't very good I received the sand and the bag was busted so sand was poring out of the cardboard box probably not the sellers voult it could have got damaged in transit I did let the seller know but she's ignored my message I have contacted her before with various questions about my order but she's really bad at answering if a seller wants to keep a buyer this is not the right way to go

I received several messages on a Sunday, I explained that I don't always reply on a Sunday as I like to have at least 1 day off. I replied to all messages. I have not ignored any messages, they have all been answered, not immediately, but they've been answered and the issue with the spilt sand has been resolved. I'm sorry I was not at this buyers beck and call 24 hours a day.
