- b***2 (1006)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseVery pleased with BioGia Gastrus it has a very long expiry date 1 year 6 months, I purchased to make l.reuteri yogurt using 50% full fat milk 50% double cream and ground flax seed instead of inulin as the pre biotic fibre, bring cream/milk to boil to sterilise first and cool to 35 Cº then add flax, go to Dr William Davis web, I made it in my temp controlled dehydrator it was easy and it has worked perfectly, buy with confidence, thank you very much.
