    Why I purchased Shape Up: Backside by Jillian Michaels

    I like Jillian Michaels, her pushy attitude to make you want to do it, just for the point that you want to kick butt (and change mine). I like the video it is not to hard to do in my home gym which is not a huge room with tons of equipment. I decided to buy it because I am a nutritionist, hormone clinician and studying to be a Personal Trainer and thought I could learn from the video and Jillian so I too, can succeed as a trainer and in my own goals.

    Great 30 min. workout!

    I have been rotating this workout with Jillian's Frontside DVD for the past month. I do each workout twice a week, run 2 days, and 1 day off. My goal was to lower overall body fat percentage. I have had great success so far. I have dropped 3% in just under a month. Jillian mixes cardio with strength training to really get results. It's not an easy workout, but not too difficult either. I highly recommend.

    Not for beginners! It will be nice when I work up to it though!

    Definately not for beginners. I am overweight, and looking to shed a lot of extra pounds, so I bought a bunch of workouts. This one does have modifications for beginners, but still an extremely difficult workout for me. Maybe when I loose a few, and get used to working out, this one will be great! It is nice and short, and works you hard, just not right for me now!

    Amazing!

    This video is a killer workout. I loved watching Jillian Michaels on the Biggest Loser. So, I thought I would give her workouts a shot. I LOVE her videos. They are definitely hard. But I feel amazing after being able to finish one. It also gives me something to work towards. I highly recommend this video if you are willing to really work hard.

    This dvd gives you a great workout, and definitely makes you sweat!!

    Great workout. Quick, simple, and "easy". This is the second video that I have gotten of hers, and it is great.
