Unfortunately, a bonus porcelain item I’d not ordered was added to the same bag with my porcelain item - neither of them wrapped separately, so they arrived broken.     The day the item arrived, it came broken. The item was not packaged well. I reached out to seller for return only for them to argue with me stating it was packaged well. They failed to wrap the bird inside a tube so it wouldn’t move while in shipment. They mentioned they would reach out to eBay. This was day 1. After,they ghosted me. I had to wait 8 days until eBay could intervene. Buyers be aware of this seller and record your unboxing in case your item is not packaged well by this seller.
