The moles have gone!
We had been plagued by moles for ages and, looking for a non-lethal solution, I thought I'd give these a go. I wasn't too optimistic but they have worked, they've been in place for about three weeks now and we haven't had a single molehill appear in that time. They are a bit flimsy but only need to be moved to mow the lawn so that's not really an issue; they put out a slightly pathetic sounding beep every few seconds (which is obviously how they work) but if you're out in the garden you are enough of a deterrent to the moles to allow you to turn them off for a while!We had been plagued by moles for ages and, looking for a non-lethal solution, I thought I'd give these a go. Mole
Ordered four as I have a new lawn, looked up how best to use them, but not sure about “repellants” moles seem to love them, even used one as a flag pole to decorate his new hill! Pointless waste of money, now reluctantly resorted to inhumane mole traps, poor little fella.......... but he had his chance.

Moles on holiday!!
Returning to our small French home (with massive garden) the lawn looked like The Somme!! After fitting the scarers no new mole hills have appeared. I also purchased a set for our neighbors (with the same problem) and they have also reported a complete success. Happy that no moles were harmed during the exercise and are now living happy outside the lawn area. John S.

Works well, feels flimsy
All in all it seems to be a good device and works well. The plastic is durable ABS but it feels like it could be a little bit brittle when pulling it out of the ground. Be careful.

Not sure they will last!!!
They arrived but not sure they will last long. Very poor quality. Had to give them a good shake before any noise was omitted. Left them to charge in sunshine but not impressed by minute sound. We shall see.
