    Item arrived quickly and very safely packed but had a speaker socket fault. Exchange of email messages showed this was an oversight and the seller and I tried to find a way around the problem without success. Return was straightforward and full refund received straight away. So in all honesty neutral, or less, feedback for the amplifier itself and for my time in having to deal with a problem: but positive feedback for the seller

    New TMV arrived promptly and as described however turned out to have a dent in an O-ring face which meant it would probably leak. The dent was chromed so must have been made during manufacture. A replacement part from Bristan would have cost twice as much as the whole valve, and Bristan refused to offer a free replacement, so supplier provided a rapid refund and did not require the valve to be returned. I regard this as more than fair. Would definitely use them again.
