Released in conjunction with the Warner Bros. feature film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 comprises the final chapters of the final title in the interactive adventure series. Gamers take the roles of different characters as they progress, playing through pivotal moments in the conclusion of J.K. Rowling's engaging seven-book epic. In the style of Deathly Hallows -- Part 1, the game is more action-oriented than earlier Harry Potter adventures, featuring intense, fast-paced battles with powerful magic attacks. The PlayStation 3 edition supports the Move accessory for motion-controlled wand wielding. Teamwork is important in the game's most furious magical battles, as characters must defend one another as they move through perilous levels dominated by Dark Forces. The adventure follows Harry and his two closest friends, Ron and Hermione, in their ultimate quest to prevent the evil Lord Voldemort from conquering Hogwarts. Away from the main story, the game also features a multiplayer battle mode. Tokens collected in the campaign can be used to unlock additional characters for play in head-to-head combat, including Voldemort.

      Awesome! Finally, just fighting death eaters. Now that's more like it.

      Awesome. Much more action-oriented than even the Deathly Hallows part 1 game, and in the end, that's what we want, right? To be using magic--not running around finding wizard cards. Still some exploring to do, so it's a good overall game. Spell casting is very easy to pick up and easy to control. Game moves along well. Does what it needs to and doesn't drag out. Probably my favorite so far of the Potter games.

      Alright game but the length was disappointing.

      This was a nice game, but I completed the storyline mode in about 4 hours and I was pretty disappointed. It's all combat based spells and fighting, mostly throughout the whole game. There's no puzzles or things to figure out, its just go on and fight the death eaters, guards, then Voldemort. Anyone who likes "shooter" games would like this more than the others.
