On the device itself is printed 21800mah, whereas in reality it will run a 0.5a load (via usb) for approx 8 hours and then is depleted (4000mah). I've not actually tried jumping my van with it yet but hopefully it can at least do that. I emailed the seller about this and they were like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Because I called BS, they gave me a 30% refund so this review is 30% less scathing that it was going to be.
