    The perfect present!

    I enjoy buying practical, less common presents for new mothers and this is always a hit! Can be used in water or room, it's so well received I've bought 6 over the years! The price does vary, good value when you buy on offer.

    unsuitable for my purpose

    The flower shape is good The stand is awkward Tapping it to work is awkward But to be fair I wanted it as a room thermometer. I still use a flower shaped one bought in 2010 for a baby, now used for a room. Ii is the only one now available that is not animal shape !

    Good value for money

    Works fine. Just be mindful not to expect it to show a sign of life by just pressing the lid of the battery case. It needs to be tapped on a flat background for it to work. The battery that comes with it may be empty, just replace with a standard CR2032. Product feels secure, floats well, and gives temperature after a few seconds. Wait a few more seconds for it to get the definite temp.

    Great for peace of mind

    This is a great little thermometer to keep an eye on the temperature of the room and the bath water for our baby. The red flashing light indicator tells you if the water is too hot when it's in the bath so you can feel happy it's safe for baby. The temperature display goes off after a while rather than showing constantly but you just need to bang it against a hard surface to show up again! We are happy we purchased this in time for bringing our baby home from hospital!

    Simple and Easy to Use

    Perfect for working out the temperature of the bath is right for your baby. Just need to make sure you clean the back of it as mould can build up in the rim where the battery sits.
