    I received the mounting brackets and was very happy until I noticed there were 4 pieces missing from the set. Very important pieces. I contacted the seller hopping he had them and just forgot to put them in the box. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from him. Nothing, not even a whisper. I'm leaving positive feedback because I have the steel and the ability to fabricate the missing parts. I still got a good product but he really should have got back to me.

    Defective Wand

    I have a smaller high frequency set that I enjoy using in my skincare routine. I wanted try the NuDerma brand with a larger number of wands and settled on this Professional model. Unfortunately, the device arrived DOA, no power at all. Disappointed.

    Neat gadget, seeing benefits

    I haven't seen miracles yet, but feel it has helped to heal a rash more quickly than it would have healed otherwise, and I'm hopeful regular use will keep my skin clear and firm. It does tingle and produce an ozone smell when using. I've had no problems with any of the pieces. The box that stores the wands is quite large, so keep in mind that you'll need to find a handy place to store it. No regrets.

    handheld version of a luxury holistic medical clinic's cellular regeneration therapy.

    great tool for general use in cell regeneration. i am not recommending anything to anyone, but will say that the 5 minute / day limit thing isn't applying to me ;) I've used the full medical version of this technology in a health center, i wanted to spread my time with another therapy, so I only stayed with it for 30 minutes and many stay on a full hour. do your due dilligence,, talk to your own natural healthcare providers. This is a pretty darn cool tool if its used. contraindications: do not use with any medical implants without consulting your [specialist] doctor [that installed the device]. i don't give advice, that is the advice anywayz, i just think it is also sound advice.
