But if it was internationally that's understandable...which it wasn't!!! But this was all on how bad USPS has become lately!!! Item arrived just as described! Just wish I could make out all the signatures. Could only read about 8 to 9 of the 17 or 18 signatures!

I recommend looking very closely at all photos before buying anything.
