    Took a whole month to receive my handbag in the UK. Not the seller’s fault as it was to do with the waiting for this item to clear the UK Customs and for the notification card to pay the UK Customs Tax/fees charges to arrive by post at my home address. I ended up paying 25% of the UK Customs surcharges on top of the handbag value which made an extremely expensive item purchase outside the UK :-( The handbag however is very lovely once I got over the shock and it was very well packed.

    I love these shoes. Special, chic, and all around ÜBER COOL. The seller was very efficient and shipped the item very quickly. Getting delivered by UPS was an absolute nightmare. There was a customs charge that they never told me about. I found out at the first delivery attempt. I paid the bill directly to UPS and they failed to update so I took 6 delivery attempts and countless hours wasted. It took a total of two weeks to get the package. UPS is deplorable
