We are fully compliant with EU & UK distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The easiest way to do this is, is to return the goods to us in accordance with the instructions below.
 
If you are unable to return the goods to us prior to the 14 day period expiring, please notify us of your intention to cancel always before the end of the 14 day period. To do so, simply email ebay-returns@phaze1tech.co.uk.

You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel. We will then refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier.
 
Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. e.g. broken seals, missing accessories, damaged packaging.
 
Please note, some items cannot be returned due to other reasons e.g. Hygiene (Headphone Ear Pads), expiry dates. This is in accordance with the Distance selling directive; http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/consumer_rights/rights-contracts/index_en.htm.
 
You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend the use of a recorded delivery service and that you retain the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you.
 
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. In the unlikely scenario where you have incorrectly purchased, an item you do not require, or you have changed your mind, you may still return the product. We will deduct from your refund, a handling fee of 15% (minimum fee of £1.50), towards the original postage costs and the costs of receiving the return.
