Additionally the design is such that the windows allow significant water ingress. I would expect some window sill or seal to stop this which is not provided. The greenhouse is very simple to install been in seven large sections most of the work is already done and instruction guide very clear with good photos. You mention the wood is good quality, but we provide an excellent service in delivery and communication that we are very proud of. This should be positive feedback other than self-assembly. We have no contact from you to be given the chance to help so this is disappointing for us

It arrives screwed into a wooden frame for transport which is really hard to unscrew. I had to get a friend to come round with his power tool to unscrew the log store out of it’s package. Not complaining. I understand it needs to be transported safely. I just thought to let customers know. Highly recommend item and seller though. Thanks.

Prior to purchase we asked a couple of questions( on a Saturday) and these were answered within an hour. We purchased the shed and notified pinelap that we had gone ahead and they acknowledged the purchase immediately and thanked us. Within four days we were notified of despatch and given tracking details. Courier phoned when 30 mins away as agreed and then helped with the unload. What a great company to deal with.
