FOR VOLUNTARY RETURN OF THE PRODUCT
The return of our products is accepted, provided that 60 days have not passed since the receipt of the product and provided that the product is in the same state in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws and keys) and original packaging (if applicable). It must be in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, smelly, mistreated or damaged. Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any way and that retain the original packaging in perfect condition (essential for processing any return).
Once the product has been received, Arbor Garden Solutions will proceed to refund the amount of purchase (PAYMENT) or Voucher for the next purchase as appropriate and excluding return costs.
ATTENTION!!: For any type of return, the item MUST not be assembled, used, or modified in any way and must be in perfect condition. Otherwise, no return will be processed.
DEFECT/FAULT OF THE PRODUCT ( WARRANTY)
All products purchased from our online shop come with a 60 days guarantee. The start date of the warranty is the date shown on the purchase invoice. The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, use or improper handling, other than those indicated in the user manuals, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. Deterioration of colour due to exposure of the product to the action of sunlight or other sources of heat.
Once the product has been received at our warehouses, the condition of the product will be checked. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and carry out the corresponding repair.
If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced whole product or send you the required parts.
Reserve and Collect Items
Where goods are offered for reserve and collection, these will be held for 7 days. Should you wish us to hold an item beyond this period you are required to contact us to pay a deposit of 50% of the value of the item(s). After which they will be available for general sale both in the Garden Centre and on the website.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver.
You will only own the Goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
If we sent you something you hadn't ordered and which was not a substitute item (see below), please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 working days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged.
Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.
We aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. Accordingly, we warrant that where the Goods are products and not already covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, they will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
If you have a valid claim in respect of any of Goods which is based on any defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet specification in accordance with the Contract, and you have returned the goods within the time frame stated in the returns policy, you will be entitled to choose either a refund of the price of the Goods or replacement Goods free of charge.
We shall not be liable to you in connection with any contract, in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data that your business may suffer.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will continually improve the Goods, so changes to them may be made at any time. We will use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep the Web Site up to date but the information and specifications given are for your information only and are subject to change without notice. Pictures on the Web Site are generally accurate but variations in colour, shape and size must be expected.
The content of the Web Site is directed solely at those who access the site from addresses within the Delivery Area.
We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which this Web Site has links.
Matters out of our control
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
Consultations for bespoke pieces are free. Please note any quotes received are valid for 14 days from date of an issue due to the fluctuations in timber prices. We do reserve the right to change a quote within this time frame is there is a change in timber prices, but this is a rare occurrence.
Once an order for bespoke furniture has been placed and payment paid, we take this as acceptance of our terms and conditions on bespoke furniture. No major changes can be made once you have confirmed the design and once you have paid, and your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any changes made to an order after acceptance of specifications and payment may incur a charge. No refunds will be given on any bespoke piece of furniture at any time.
Alterations may be made after a bespoke piece has been received will incur an additional charge. Arbor Garden Solutions Ltd. will be happy to help but this will not be included in your original price.
