Item was delivered damaged photographs taken and sent to Prime retailing. They sent a Royal mail to kilogram postage label and Charlie after lots and lots of of emails they booked the courier to collect the item on the 12th of December.  will be lucky if I get a refund before Christmas.

Courier picked it up four days ago and still no refund with a threat of this refund being closed because allegedly the seller hasn’t received the item back from their own courier
