We never use stock photos, we use our own photography therefore we own the copyright to all our photos, anyone found to be copying our photos will be reported to eBay.

Payment –

We ask our loyal customers for prompt payment, this ensures a quick dispatch and delivery of your item, sales will be cancelled after 5 days if still showing as “No payment Received” unless prior notice is given by the customer of any delays in making payment.

Non payments will result in a Non-Payment Strike being added to your eBay Account.

Non-Payers and “Silly eBayers” will be Blocked from Buying from River Bank Books.

Postage –

We use both Royal Mail and Courier Service to dispatch our items, you have the option at time of checkout to choose 1st class Signed For, 2nd Class Signed For or Special Delivery, For heavier items like Book sets… your books will be dispatched using a courier service and you have the option of choosing next working day delivery if you are in the UK Mainland (excluding the Isles and Highlands of Scotland)

We offer eBay Global Shipping for overseas customers, eBay quote the postage cost for your country and we have no say in what they quote you, please add items to your shopping basket and this should “Combine” postage cost for you.
