    How to open it

    Great product - once I discovered how to open it. Couldn't understand the instructions on the back, so had to resort to a YouTube video (I'm a real technophobe). Seems you have to squeeze the metal loop bit gently with pliers to release the catch on one side of the loop. After that, I was on a roll!!

    Great little item.

    Great little item, so useful to be able to replace a zip pull that's broken instead of having to replace the whole. Good quality and prym make some nice styles.

    Prym Zipper Pull

    Excellent purchase. Just note that the puller is hinged and needs the loop gently squeezed, ideally with long nose pliers, to open ready to insert into your zip fastener.
