1. Payment terms
Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later, we will not be able to check your messages on order notes regarding address change or other information.
 
2. Returns and refunds

You are responsible for the care of the goods whilst in your possession and returning them in good condition in the original packaging including all documents and manuals.     Good value, though speed not high enough to groom dogs with thick fur

    This product is great for trimming pets feet,ears, and other light areas of the pet..though the blade/motor is not strong enough to groom the thick fur/coat of a dog. Although still good value with all the attachments. Though you still need an additional stronger clipper with an higher speed to groom all of the pet
