Good Value For Money
I've used this with my active bass twice at rehearsals and it worked well. I think it might be sucking a bit of low end tone, however I have not yet made direct comparisons using my old lead. I still get a good sound, so I will continue to use it. The transmitter feels a little flimsy, so care must be taken with it. I would prefer it to have a standard 1/4" socket rather than the mini BNC connector, as the supplied lead is a bit to long for me. I'd prefer to use a shorter lead. The BNC connected does however feel very sturdy. My bands guitarist also uses one of these, and his guitar sounds great. A word of warning: these units are single channel only, however there are four different frequencies available. If more then one band member is using these, make sure they all have different ...
