The Laptop was in great condition and came with a fairly minimal base install of windows 11 including pre-install "Total AV" antivirus which was immediatley removed and also with a strange custom Chrome new tab page that seemingly wasnt installed by conventional methods, but "restoring defaults" in chrome fixed it. For the price, i can't fault it.

All aspects as promised. I need to add the new keyboard smell 🤣🤣. It looked almost as unused. Only thing you need to know is the battery might have to changed as they don't guarantee that for more than 2 hours. Other than that, I am happy with the product. And if I get another upgrade, I will go with them again. Thanks guys.

The quality of the item is better than described. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I had a minorissue with setting it up but upon contacting them their response was very fast and the matter was resolved over the phone. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
