The Laptop was in great condition and came with a fairly minimal base install of windows 11 including pre-install "Total AV" antivirus which was immediatley removed and also with a strange custom Chrome new tab page that seemingly wasnt installed by conventional methods, but "restoring defaults" in chrome fixed it. For the price, i can't fault it.

All aspects as promised. I need to add the new keyboard smell 🤣🤣. It looked almost as unused. Only thing you need to know is the battery might have to changed as they don't guarantee that for more than 2 hours. Other than that, I am happy with the product. And if I get another upgrade, I will go with them again. Thanks guys.

Everything is as described - correct RAM, HD size/type and laptop features etc. All good. Really happy with the transaction from start to finish. Arrived on-time, well packaged and safely handled by DPD. Was kept up-to-date with communications by seller throughout. Very professional service.

They arrived well packaged within a few days. Very pleased with laptop will be buying another laptop from them soon.
