Made a little girl very happy as she'd gotten a fancy for one of our neighbours garden ornaments and we had to keep going to look at it. So now we have our own!

It was a heavy item that I had to repack and carry down to the Post Office. I never got a reply to my further messages asking whether they were in the process of sending the correct item. I have been informed by eBay that I will receive a refund but have had no further correspondence from the company. Terrible customer service, would not use them again.
